Dr. Bhupathi Reddy is a seasoned expert with more than 18+ years of industry experience and a Ph.D. in chemistry. He has strong expertise in the pharmaceutical business, having worked in a number of chemistry disciplines such as custom synthesis, process development, and analytical interpretation.

Bhupathi has extensive experience working at AVRA Laboratories, where he collaborated with eminent scientist and former IICT Director Dr. AV Rama Rao, a Padma Bhushan awardee. During his career at AVRA, Bhupathi led teams with diverse chemistry expertise and projects ranging from lab-scale synthesis, route reconnaissance, and optimization, to kilo-scale deliveries of CRAMS, NCE’s, building blocks, API’s, and API Intermediates.

Bhupathi also has vast experience in large-scale production, which is essential in the pharmaceutical industry. He is familiar with the complexity of scaling up processes from the lab to commercial production and has successfully handled the manufacturing of large quantities of CRAMS, NCE’s, building blocks, API’s, and API Intermediates.
